The Story Behind ROO
ROO was founded by Tim Hawn, a local St Louis, MO Gaffer who has worked full-time in the industry since 2003.
Tim began his career working on lighting and camera crews across feature films, tV, and Hundreds of commercial productions. Learning from seasoned professionals in larger markets gaining hands-on experience in multiple crew positions, shaping how ROO operates today — practical, production-focused, and crew-friendly.
